Yes, this certainly qualifies. There's some discussion in a previous forum post that it may have been 10-28-1969. Marvelous, whenever it was.

it doesn't qualify as one -to me

I was thrilled when I found it a few months ago
but found it to be more like an unfocused warm-up.
maybe they were wonderful -later that day-
just not on this tape...

That has gotta be Casady on bass. His playing in the Stormy Monday-type jam is so distinctive, as is his awesome tone. What an incredible jam.

Anybody know who is on drums?
Nevermind, I just realized that was a dumb question.

Lovin' this jam session. Very cool stuff. I wish Jerry had played with these guys more often.
